Pre-Trade Checklist

Everyone sells a checklist template. Nobody enforces it at the moment the order goes in, which is the only moment it matters. Items are marked must-have or optional. The verdict at the top is blunt: with a must-have unticked, this is not a trade yet. The list clears itself after your timeout. A tick from twenty minutes ago is not clearance for the setup in front of you now, and a checklist that stays ticked all day is wallpaper. When you finish, say whether you took the trade or passed. Over time that log answers a question a paper checklist never can: which item is actually doing the work. The question left unticked most often is usually the one your process is genuinely missing, and it is rarely the one you would have guessed. The default seven are a starting point. Rewrite them to match how you actually trade.
