Tilt Meter

Measures tilt against your own history, not generic rules. Revenge entries, size creep, overtrading, and what they cost.

About this widget

I trade less than I used to. This panel is a big part of why. It builds your baseline first, then measures against it. Too soon means faster than your own median gap. Too big means standard deviations above your own mean size. Overtrading means more than your own daily average. Five behaviours get flagged: fast re-entry after a loss, size above baseline, size up after a loss, too many trades, trading through a losing streak. The session score weights them by how much damage each usually does. The number that ends arguments: win rate after a win against win rate after a loss. It also totals what the flagged trades cost you.
