We all know we should stop after three losses. The version of us that just lost three times disagrees 😅 So you set the rules while you are calm: 🔹 a pause after any loss 🔹 a longer one after a losing streak 🔹 a longer one after a loss bigger than your R limit 🔹 a daily loss that ends the day 🔹 a cap on trades per day When a rule fires, the panel locks, shows a countdown and says which rule it was. To unlock early you have to type UNLOCK. On purpose. To be honest about it: an external widget cannot block the order ticket, the platform does not allow that. What it can do is sit in front of you as a visible promise, and keep a record of every time you broke it. That was enough for me 💛
