Open Risk Ladder
Every open position's risk to stop and reward to target, in cash, R or percent of equity, with the equity floor if every stop hits.
About this widget
You know the risk on each trade. Almost nobody knows the risk on all of them at once, which is the number that actually decides whether a bad afternoon is survivable. Each position gets two bars on the same scale: what it loses at its stop, and what it makes at its target. Sorted by risk, so the largest exposure is at the top rather than wherever it happened to be opened. Switch the whole panel between account currency, R multiples and percent of equity. R uses your own definition of one R, set once in settings. Two summary numbers do the work: the equity floor if every stop is hit, and the equity ceiling if every target is. Positions without a stop are counted and flagged separately and loudly, because a single unprotected position makes the total meaningless rather than slightly wrong. Pending orders can be included, so the ladder shows what the book will look like if everything fills.
