Excel RTD bridge for the Figaro web platform
To use the features of the Excel RTD widget, you need to download the Excel RTD Bridge.
- Connect Microsoft Excel to Figaro (Windows only)
- Make websocket or HTTP connections into Figaro, from the programming environment of your choice
Windows
For Microsoft Windows, there is an app which integrates with Excel and which also lets you make websocket and HTTP connections into the Figaro web platform.
Simply download the installation package and run the installer:
Linux and macOS
For Linux and macOS, there is a Node.js script which lets you make websocket and HTTP connections into the Figaro web platform from almost any programming language/environment - Python, C#, Node.js etc.
- Install Node.js (if you have not already done so)
- Download the bridge
- Run the bridge, using node excel-rtd-bridge
