2-Step FTMO Challenge

• Profit Target (Challenge phase): 10% of the Initial Simulated Capital
• Profit Target (Verification phase): 5% of the Initial Simulated Capital
• Maximum Daily Loss: 5% of the Initial Simulated Capital (recalculated daily at 00:00 CET)
• Maximum Loss: 10% of the Initial Simulated Capital (static throughout both phases)
• Minimum Trading Days: at least 4 trading days where positions were opened
• Maximum Trading Days: unlimited

1-Step Challenge

• Profit Target: 10% of the Initial Simulated Capital
• Maximum Daily Loss: 3% of the Initial Simulated Capital
• Maximum Loss: 10% trailing limit (only increases, floors at 90% of initial capital)
• Best Day Rule: the most profitable single day cannot exceed 50% of Positive Days' Profit

Leverage

• Standard accounts: up to 1:100
• Swing accounts: up to 1:30

News & Weekend Rules

• During the evaluation, traders can trade freely during news releases and hold positions overnight/over the weekend.
• On live FTMO Accounts (Standard), positions cannot be opened or closed within a 2-minute window before/after major news on USD, EUR, GBP, CAD, AUD, NZD, CHF pairs, related indices, gold and crude oil.
• Standard accounts must close positions before the weekend or any rollover longer than 2 hours; Swing accounts have no such restrictions.

Profit Split & Scaling

• Up to 80% profit split, increased to 90% via the Scaling Plan.
• Scaling Plan: 25% balance increase every 4 months if conditions are met, up to a maximum of $2,000,000.
